What is the punishment for destruction of mailboxes?

By a minor, two mailboxes, putting homemade explosives inside the mailboxes. I know that it is a federal felony. What is the PUNISHMENT.

1. It should be a federal felony (possible imprisonment until at least age 21, perhaps beyond).
2. Death penalty, hopefully. Any maggot who does that is just warming up for more serious crimes.
