What are my incoming and outgoing mail for yahoo free mailbox?

1. Free accounts dont have them, you cant use Outlook if thats what your trying to do, Have to have a paid account
2. It is your <yahooID>@yahoo.com, if you select "US", for example, when you registered. Registration under a different country may have different domain name in the email addr, such as "fr" for France.
